CROWDSELLING

I want to grow organically, as we have done for the last two years. Crowdselling is going well, our users are very happy, so we will continue in the same way.

Platform to improve fundraising

Start-up Crowdselling will on the growth and internationalisation of its innovative marketplace model, a software platform that allows associations, schools and other non-profits to set up a turnkey web shop with products from local suppliers. By doing so, these organisations can improve their fundraising and generate more revenue with less effort compared to the traditional way of selling.

Lukas Van Orshoven was keen to internationalise Crowdselling. Not easy, as each country has its own culture when it comes to supporting charities or associations. Lukas Van Orshoven: "In Belgium, it is the most normal thing in the world for an organisation to sell waffles to fill its coffers. But in Germany, for example, they don't know this principle at all."

The research required for Crowdselling's internationalisation plans, was financially supported by the city of Antwerp.

In October 2023, Crowdselling merged with Trooper (the largest association network in Flanders). Both are complementary and therefore much stronger together.
