Online app to book the hotelroom of your choice
Expect Me, partnering with imec.istart, developed an online application with Artificial Intelligence that allows hotel guests to book themselves a hotel room that matches their own, specific preferences, based on a detailed floor plan and a room overview. In doing so, Expect Me optimises the hotel experience. It allows hotels to work more efficiently, optimise the customer experience and achieve greater returns.
With the city grant, the software has been further developed into a commercial product.
