Zipster, a social prescription platform to fulfill a patient's psychosocial needs
Not only physical health but also psychosocial health is important and social isolation can have a far-reaching impact on the latter.
Together with technology partner NSX, Health Endeavour developed a 'prescription platform' that provides patients with a 'social prescription' to get support for their psychosocial needs. The doctor registers info about the patient on the Health Endeavour's platform and gets suggestions for referral to all kinds of existing (often urban) organisations such as the mutual health service or family care. Doctors can indicate whether the patient is in need of a shopping service, prepared meals or social contact. Health Endeavour and NSX facilitate a link between welfare and primary care.
