Solution to prevent payment fraud via phishing
POM (Peace of Mind) has developed, in partnership with Bancontact Payconiq, a revolutionary way to simplify personal finances. This is done by making it possible to receive and pay bills directly in the secure environment of the Payconiq by Bancontact application.
In short, the solution means that users of the Payconiq application - after a single consent to the use of their data - are offered payment requests for their invoices in the digital trustworthy environment of the Payconiq by Bancontact application. The identity of the sender is 100% guaranteed. Consumers can pay in complete safety. In fact, before invoices from participating companies are offered in the Payconiq by Bancontact app, there must be a match with the email address or mobile phone number of the app user.

So we started looking for a secure channel where people could confidently accept payment requests. And that's how we came up with the Payconiq by Bancontact app: it allows the user to see an invoice that is 100% certain to come from the sender indicated - the peace of mind I was talking about - and to confirm the payment immediately, in many cases even with a fingerprint or via facial recognition. The payment status of the document is automatically updated. This eliminates the risk of double payments.
