Specifix, an Antwerp-based startup, develops software that automatically translates medical scans into surgically precise plans for trauma care. The platform combines AI-driven planning with patient-specific 3D printing and an integrated digital workflow, thereby shortening surgery times and reducing complications. With support from the city, Specifix is collaborating with hospitals to explore how orthopedic care can be organized more quickly, safely, and cost-effectively, while improving patients’ chances of recovery.
