Production of raw material for mouth masks
A shortage of mouth masks and a dependency on Asia for raw materials prompted Jens Hendrickx, CEO Talenco, to design a machine for the production of the raw materials. Talenco then built an innovative machine that produced the filter material (meltblown fibre) for hi-end mouth masks in the healthcare industry. The company processed the material in a custom-made production line and supplied Belgian manufacturers of mouth masks.
With this machine, mouth masks can be produced independently of other suppliers. The machine itself as well as the finished goods can be commercialised.
